Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in relationship management or sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills for complex portfolios.
• Experience with C-suite clients, preferably Fortune 500, in negotiations.
• Collaborative and influential, across stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of payments, acquiring, or merchant services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers handling large corporate portfolios.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
• Oversee portfolio reporting, data accuracy, and achievement of business objectives.
• Foster collaboration across the GCB TMT organization and drive best practices.
• Support negotiations, client retention, and strategic engagements with key decision-makers.
• Contribute to cross-team opportunities and process improvements.
• Directly manage select high-value client relationships to drive growth.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure unified account management.
• Champion product and process improvements to meet goals.
• Ensure team stays current with industry knowledge and trends.
