Based in-office, you will lead client engagements, build ecosystem referrals, and deliver tailored financial solutions across deposits, lending, and payments. You will collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Banker, manage leads, educate clients on digital tools, and maintain risk controls while delivering a differentiated guest

Qualificações

• Knowledge of banking products and services and ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
• Experience in identifying opportunities and driving referrals within a branch ecosystem.
• Strong communication and client service skills for hospitality and loyalty.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch to grow client base.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
