Job summary

You will lead proactive lead generation, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and grow consumer and small business relationships under 2MM in sales revenue, while managing risk and leveraging technology.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for a Relationship Banker role in consumer and business banking.
• Experience in lead generation, client onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
• Ability to manage risk and adhere to bank policies while delivering a differentiated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead proactive lead generation and appointments, inside and outside of the branch, to drive referrals.
• Deliver a tailored client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing, leveraging ecosystem partners.
