Job summary

Zions Bancorporation, owner of National Bank of Arizona, is seeking a Relationship Banking Specialist for the Biltmore Office in Phoenix. You will support a portfolio of commercial banking clients by handling routine servicing, deposits, loans, and wire transfers, coordinating with Relationship Managers to deliver timely, accurate service.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, as well as tuition

Qualifications

• Requires a High School degree or equivalent, and 1 year of bank operations, customer service, administrative support or related experience.
• Preferred, but not required, at least 1 year of lending experience in Commercial Lending.
• Working knowledge of relationship banking concepts including products, terminology, procedures, loan documentation, and systems related to servicing client needs.
• Superior level of professionalism for a front-line role with executive leadership interaction.
• Exceptional customer service for maintaining portfolios of high-touch Business Executives.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager(s) to servicing a commercial banking client portfolio, including inquiries on loans, depository services and bank products.
• Establish depository accounts, process loan advances/paydowns, deposit transfers and wire transfers.
• Perform service transactions such as address changes, check orders, ATM card activation, loan payments, and balance checks.
• Provide administrative support to the commercial banking team including data entry and loan tracking.
• Collaborate with lending and middle office teams to support loan requests and diligence.
