Job summary

Zions Bancorporation’s NBAZ is seeking a Business Banking Specialist for the Biltmore/Phoenix branch to grow relationships with local businesses and provide tailored banking solutions. You will manage existing clients, help originate loans/deposits, and collaborate with Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and sales teams to meet client goals.

This role requires strong sales skills, relationship management, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with a strong commitment to community

Qualifications

• 2 years banking and/or business development experience.
• Strong sales, relationship management and organizational skills.
• Ability to call, meet and interview business customers and prospects to provide needs-based recommendations.
• Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills; Salesforce familiarity is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Contact, manage and grow existing business relationships at one or more branches.
• Originate small business loans, deposits, Treasury Management/Select and Merchant solutions.
• Develop and follow-up with prospective business leads within the market.
• Assess client needs and follow up using Salesforce.
• Provide full-service banking services with a focus on sales and service.
• Refer clients to other bank departments for additional products.
