Zions Bancorporation’s Gainey/Scottsdale branch seeks a Branch Relationship Banker to deliver full‑service banking, drive sales, and assist customers with new accounts, loans, and service issues. Join a community‑minded team in Arizona and help clients reach their financial goals.

You will establish relationships, refer customers to bank products, and follow up on service needs, while adhering to regulatory requirements. 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of banking products and transactions
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act required

Responsabilités

• Provide full-service banking to customers with emphasis on sales and service
• Resolve client concerns or refer to other departments
• Refer clients to bank products and services, including loans
• Open/update accounts and process cash transactions as needed
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service
