Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a Business Banking Specialist for the Biltmore/Phoenix area. The role focuses on growing existing business relationships, originating small business loans and deposits, and delivering Treasury Management and Merchant solutions to customers.

The candidate will assess client needs, conduct needs-based consultations, and provide tailored financial services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of banking and/or business development experience.
• Strong sales, relationship management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of business banking services including loans, deposits, TM, Merchant Services and credit cards.
• Ability to call, meet and interview business customers and prospects to provide needs-based recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contact, manage and grow existing business relationships at one or more branches.
• Originate small business loans, deposits, Treasury Management/Select and Merchant solutions.
• Develop, generate and follow-up with prospective business leads within the market.
• Understand client needs through Needs Assessments and proactive follow up using Salesforce.
• Perform full-service banking services with a primary focus on sales and service.
