National Bank of Arizona (NBAZ) seeks a Branch Relationship Banker at the Gainey/Scottsdale branch to deliver personalized service and drive sales. This role emphasizes new accounts, consumer loans, and referrals, with emphasis on excellent customer experience and compliance, including NMLS licensing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or related experience.
• Preferred: financial sales experience.
• Strong math skills and knowledge of banking products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking in the branch with focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns directly or refer to appropriate department.
• Refer clients to bank products and services, including loans.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
• Process cash transactions and update/open accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service.
