Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance role to ensure units meet federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.

You will partner with US Pest Operations to conduct branch reviews, licensing, and regulator audits, informing leadership about licensing status and evolving requirements for business continuity. The role emphasizes licensing expertise, audit readiness, cross-branch collaboration, and strong regulatory communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in entomology, business or related field; applicable experience accepted.
• Minimum 5+ years in structural pest control with field operations management and compliance experience.
• Regulatory experience in California or Hawaii; California is most critical.
• Strong reading and interpretation of government regulations.
• Ability to obtain/maintain state pest control licenses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.
• Serve as SME for licensing requirements and guide locations and staff.
• Coordinate regulatory concerns and represent company interests.
• Proactively resolve compliance issues and perform audits.
• Train field leaders on licensing adoption and compliance.
• Collaborate with service, technical and training teams to ensure compliance.
• Maintain relationships with state regulators and pest control associations.
