Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Leader to ensure adherence to federal, state and local laws and company standards across field operations. You will perform branch reviews, licensing readiness, regulator audits, and ongoing compliance training for leadership and staff.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in structural pest control, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to manage multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Degree in entomology, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in structural pest control, field operations and regulatory compliance.
• California or Hawaii experience is fundamental, California prioritized.
• Attention to detail to read and interpret regulations.
• Knowledge of pest control industry regulations.
• Ability to present information clearly to audiences.
• Ability to obtain/maintain state pest control licenses.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong organization and time management for multi-branch audits.
• Experience with service audit systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets and analytics tools.
• Proficient with Google Suite; awareness of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.
• Partner with US Pest Operations on branch reviews, licensing and audits.
• Inform leaders about licensing status and regulatory changes.
• Assist with licensing training for field leaders to ensure adoption.
• Coordinate with service, technical and training teams on compliance.
• Maintain licenses/certifications for employees and monitor renewals.
• Travel up to 50% to conduct audits and training across locations.
