Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a senior role to oversee technician recruiting, training, and accountability, ensuring high service quality and customer retention. You will recruit residential/commercial pest technicians, coach performance, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage staffing across locations, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license.
• Licenses/certificates required by federal, state and local regulations.
• Adept at problem solving and motivating others.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond to customer concerns with diligence and empathy.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient customer appointments.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest/termite control products.
