Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a subject matter expert in pest control strategies to support Operations with best practice service delivery protocols. You will analyze data, perform site assessments, and coach Operations leaders to deploy corrective actions and improve pest management across market segments.

Qualifications

• Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences preferred but not required.
• BCE or ACE certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related structural pest management experience.
• 2+ years of Structural Pest Management field experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors service performance against KPIs and collaborates with Operations to ensure thresholds are met.
• Performs site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestation and assists with action plan deployment.
• Collaborates with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to resolve actions and recommendations.
• Works with Branch leaders to develop pest management competency and coach frontline Technicians and sales colleagues.
• Develops SMART goals and monitors action plan execution and issue resolution.
• Drives improvements to protocols and service delivery to boost customer retention and operational efficiency.
• Identifies projects to drive people, process, and technology-related improvements.
• Contributes to technical standards and SOPs to support field service delivery excellence.
