Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a subject matter expert in pest control strategies to support Operations with implementation of best-practice delivery protocols. You will coach leaders, resolve service quality issues, and drive actions to improve customer satisfaction and retention across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include site assessments, collaboration with account managers, and leading performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences is preferred, but not required.
• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred.
• A minimum 5 yrs. of related structural pest management experience required.
• 2 years+ of Structural Pest Management field experience and 1 years+ management experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors service performance against KPIs, problem solves with Operations leaders, National Accounts, and Sales to ensure performance thresholds are met.
• Performs site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestation and develops action plans with Operations.
• Works with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to drive actions and resolutions by RTX and customers.
• Coaches Branch leaders and develops front-line Technicians and sales colleagues in pest management competency.
• Drives improvements to protocols and service delivery to enhance customer retention and efficiency.
