Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small and mid-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts. You will build relationships with key influencers and drive leads across channels.

Responsibilities include defining sales territories, delivering technical solutions, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain. Strong communication in English and 3+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
