Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to grow the account portfolio, manage distribution, and build strong relationships with key influencers across small to medium customers and large accounts.

You will lead negotiations, define sales territory, deliver analytics, and develop price strategies aligned with business goals, working with cross-functional teams to drive volume and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
