Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest. You will develop and execute sales plans, build relationships with key influencers, and provide technical solutions across channels.

You will lead negotiations, analyze market data, define sales territories, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing to drive growth while maintaining Dow's standards of integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
