Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. You will build relationships with key influencers, generate leads, define territories, and analyze sales data to drive growth across volume and value.

You will work across functions, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand, while delivering customer-focused solutions through multiple channels, including

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Expand account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value targets.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape sales plans and product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
