Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region, with interactions across large accounts and key influencers.

The role includes generating leads, defining territories, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels. Responsibilities include developing forecasts, executing sales plans, and collaborating across functions to drive CX results while navigating pricing strategies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales with marketing plans.
