Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region.

The role involves leading cross-functional sales efforts, generating leads, defining territories, and delivering performance through face-to-face, phone, and email engagements. You will maintain key relationships, analyze market data, and develop strategies to grow Dow’s presence while coordinating with Production and Supply Chain for accurate forecasts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies with legal/compliance considerations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
