Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and engage large accounts. You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, manage analytics, and provide technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, or email interactions.

You will develop forecasts, build relationships across levels, and negotiate prices while coordinating with production and supply chain to drive volume and value.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and analyze data for decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned to business goals considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
