Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum of 3 years in medical device sales leadership role.
• Peripheral vascular space experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and customer relationships.
• Coach and develop Account Managers; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and sales processes.
• Represent the company at trade shows and meetings; ensure compliance with policies.
