Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager to drive revenue growth and lead Account Managers in the Denver region. You will own regional forecasts and build relationships with physicians, health systems, and organizational stakeholders.

You will recruit, coach, and retain top talent; ensure CRM usage and robust reporting; and develop business plans to expand market share and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Own regional program development and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute plans to expand market share, accounts, and relationships.
