Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 10 years of business development, marketing and/or sales experience.
• At least 10 years of management experience.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Experience presenting to senior management or C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze business opportunities aligned with long-range plans.
• Develop and execute 1-year and 3-year business plans for growth.
• Lead contract negotiations and review contracts for compliance.
• Develop and execute a regional sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate regional sales team; monitor results.
• Track sales metrics and stay current with market trends.
• Lead presentations for senior management or C-suite customers.
• Manage through multiple managers and oversee departments.
• Direct budgeting and strategic planning for the function.
• Hire and develop staff; ensure policy adherence.
