Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in sales management with people leadership.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time (in-state and out-of-state).
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.

Responsabilités

• Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Provide timely, accurate pricing for pricing and approvals while maintaining profit margins.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Coach Account Representatives to improve sales performance and proposal quality.
• Mentor staff through onboarding and development opportunities and performance management.
