Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a regional Sales Leader to oversee the development and performance of all sales activities within the Charlotte region. The role will execute and refine the regional sales strategy, staff and direct the sales management team, and provide leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.

The position requires at least 10 years in business development, marketing and/or sales, along with substantial management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ≥10 years of business development, marketing and/or sales experience.
• ≥10 years of relevant management experience.
• Experience forging strategic alliances and negotiating complex bundled arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze opportunities aligned with long-range plans.
• Develop 1- and 3-year business plans for growth and profitability.
• Lead negotiations of new contracts and review existing contracts.
• Develop and manage a regional sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate regional sales team and track metrics.
• Present to senior management or C-suite.
