Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts. You will drive leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions across channels.

In this role, you will develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, lead negotiations, and implement pricing strategies that align with Dow goals while considering regulatory and market factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develop and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
