Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. The role includes generating leads, defining territories, managing sales analytics, and providing technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan with marketing in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals considering legal implications and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
