This role involves working directly with customers to deliver solutions, grow the project pipeline, and drive revenue targets. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and possess strong technical development skills. Compensation includes a base salary of $150-$170k plus a 25% bonus and car allowance.

• Experience with Forging/Metals.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to develop solutions and drive specification.
• Build pipeline opportunities and close existing sales.
• Grow project pipeline through customer presentations and trials.
• Work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Manage contractual agreements with customers.
