American Handforge, a leader in open die forgings of Aluminum, Titanium, and Stainless Steel, seeks a Sales Manager in Rialto, CA. You will lead sales efforts, manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive growth across aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales, account management, or business development experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industrial environments.
• Experience selling forged products, metals, or custom manufacturing solutions preferred.
• Experience with aerospace OEMs, defense contractors, and Tier 1 suppliers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and manage customer relationships to grow profitability.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across aerospace, defense, industrial, electronic, semiconductor, and nuclear markets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to fulfill customer requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals, long-term agreements, and contracts.
• Monitor forecasts and communicate demand to internal stakeholders.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
