Job summary

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver high-quality products, competitive pricing, and industry-leading lead times; requires strong negotiation and communication skills and experience in contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales, account management, or business development in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience selling forged products or custom manufacturing solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and manage customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing proposals, long-term agreements, and contracts.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer events.
