Job summary

American Handforge in Rialto, CA seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth and nurture key aerospace, defense, and industrial accounts. You will lead sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements and deliver value.

You will build long-term partnerships, manage RFQs/RFPs, and present at trade shows while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and company policies. This role reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years in sales, account management, or business development in aerospace/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Maintain strategic customer relationships and manage contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to fulfill requirements.
• Review RFQs/RFPs and coordinate quotations and pricing proposals.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer events.
