Job summary

Chase Corporation, headquartered in Westwood, Massachusetts, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Electronics to drive growth across the Midwest and East territories. This remote outside sales role requires frequent travel and a strong background in electronic materials and protective technologies to expand customer partnerships.

You will manage the full sales funnel, deliver technical engagement, provide CRM-driven forecasts, and collaborate with the Sales Director on regional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of territory sales experience in electronic materials or related protective material technologies.
• Experience with funnel management and CRM software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High personal savvy with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets by building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage full sales funnel: prospecting, qualification, pipeline, forecasting, closing (Salesforce).
• Generate new business through cold calling, leads, and meetings.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate terms with Sales Director.
• Manage channel partners with pull-through sales to end users.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events as required.
• Develop understanding of competitive threats and pricing trends.
• Collaborate on regional growth strategies with Sales Director.
