Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region to drive revenue growth and expand market share for electronic component lines. The role emphasizes OEMs, distributors, and contract manufacturers with close collaboration across engineering, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electronics sales, strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of sales experience in electronic components or manufacturing.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic components (capacitors, resistors, magnetics).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets (industrial, automotive, telecom, consumer electronics).
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
• Provide technical consultation to customers with engineering teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company guidelines.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
