Job summary

Chase Corporation, based in Westwood, Massachusetts, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest and East territories. This remote outside sales role requires frequent travel and a strong background in electronic materials or protective material technologies to drive revenue growth and build customer relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop regional growth plans with the Sales Director, and use CRM for forecasting and account planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales or engineering.
• 3–5 years of territory sales experience in electronic materials or related protective material technologies.
• Experience with funnel management and proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and build key stakeholder relationships.
• Manage full sales funnel: prospecting, qualification, pipeline, forecasting, and closing.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; negotiate terms with Sales Director.
• Develop growth plans and penetrate regional markets.
