Job summary

Commander, Navy Installations Command seeks an experienced administrator to lead support for QoL programs across the mid-Atlantic region. You will coordinate data analysis, marketing, finance, IT/MIS planning, and COE initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.

The role requires expert knowledge of Navy funding practices (APF/NAF), strong strategic planning, and experience in performance measurement and facility management. Collaboration across commands will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible, specialized experience providing administrative, financial, and/or operational support to QoL programs for the DoN or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of planning, programming, budgeting regulations and processes.
• Expert knowledge of APF/NAF funding structures and Navy/DoN policies.
• Experience with multi-command/program management and cost control, internal controls, audits.

Responsibilities

• Directs administrative support for major QoL programs across MD, DC, and Northern VA.
• Handles data analysis, marketing, finance (APF/NAF), and IT/MIS planning and management; supervises COE activities; oversees training and strategic planning.
