Job description

E-logic is looking for a Mid-Level Administrative Officer to provide vital technical, technographic, and administrative support In-Service Aircraft Carrier Program Office (PMS 312) and the Aircraft Carrier Inactivation and Disposal Program Office (PMS 368) from U.S. Department of the Navy, operating under NAVSEA (Naval Sea Systems Command). You will transform complex technical discussions, Lean events, and After-Action reviews into actionable program assets--ensuring that senior leadership stays aligned and major milestones for the In-Service Aircraft Carrier fleet remain firmly on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate joint Government/shipbuilder working groups, technical assessment teams, and periodic Lean/After-Action events.
  • Record team activities, prepare graphic/process diagrams, and maintain official program records (agendas, key decisions, action items).
  • Manage teleconferencing and administrative logistics for large program meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional administrative or operational support experience.
