Job description

E-logic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide non-personal professional support services for the In-Service Aircraft Carrier Program Office (PMS 312) and the Aircraft Carrier Inactivation and Disposal Program Office (PMS 368) from U.S. Department of the Navy, operating under NAVSEA (Naval Sea Systems Command). You will align, manage, and lead an experientially diverse team specializing in Navy ship maintenance, modernization, and life cycle logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) related to carrier modernization, Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH), and Inactivation (INACT) product lines.
  • Coordinate strategic planning, work package developments, and execution schedules.
  • Support Integrated Project Teams (IPT) and weekly progress reviews with Ship Commanding Officers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • PMP or DAWIA Level III certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience.
  • 15+ years of Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Navy program management experience is strongly preferred.
