Job summary

Phoenix Group of Virginia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities & Infrastructure Analyst to support Navy QoS initiatives in the Newport News/Hampton Roads region.

You will provide senior-level planning, analysis, and project coordination across Navy program offices, SUPSHIP Newport News, NAVSEA, and shipyard partners to define practical solutions addressing operational needs. The role requires independent initiative, strong analytics, and the ability to engage senior government and industry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting facilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction, shipbuilding, or maritime operations.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple organizations with varying requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level planning, analysis, and project support for Navy QoS facilities, infrastructure, and waterfront initiatives.
• Coordinate among Navy program offices, SUPSHIP Newport News, NAVSEA, shipyards, government and industry partners.
• Develop executive briefings, decision papers, and correspondence for senior Navy and government leaders.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform site visits and on-site assessments to understand conditions and constraints.
