Qualifications

2 years of HR generalist experience.
Experience in employee investigations and employee relations.
Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage employee relations issues with management and staff to improve retention and morale.
Provide day-to-day performance guidance to management (coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions).
Conduct investigations and advise on disciplinary actions for complex issues.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and compliance; partner with legal as needed.
Provide HR policy guidance and drive improvements to policies and processes.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data with HR teams to develop solutions.
Support workforce planning and succession planning discussions.
