Job summary

Patterson-UTI Management Services, LLC seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR programs, guide regional leaders, and advise on employee relations and coaching. The role partners with site leaders to drive organizational planning, performance management, and talent development while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in Employee Relations or a Senior HRBP role.
• 3+ years leading complex, end-to-end workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
• Experience supporting multi-location teams and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR issues, including policy interpretation and application.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Administer guidelines relating to employee relations and compliance.
• Review terminations, exit data, and implement retention strategies.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and coordinate resolutions.
• Partner with leadership to update policies and plan succession.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing HR training to ensure engagement.
• Promote diversity and an inclusive work environment across the organization.
