Job summary

The candidate will conduct investigations, support succession planning, and coach managers on HR processes, contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in Employee Relations or a Senior HR Business Partner type role.
• 2+ years leading and overseeing complex, end-to-end workplace investigations
• 2+ years of experience managing
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and consultation on HR issues, incl. policies interpretation and compliance.
• Make recommendations on HR policies, processes, and employee relations practices.
• Administer guidelines relating to employee relations in accordance with laws and policies.
• Review terminations and exit data for compliance and retention insights.
• May conduct pre-qualifying candidate interviews for hiring managers.
• Conduct employee investigations and document findings with the investigation team.
• Partner with leadership to communicate policy changes and provide solutions.
• Manage organizational talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee employee actions with audits and workflows.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding training.
• Coach and mentor employees and managers on the employee life cycle.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and uphold company culture.
• Make employment decisions aligned with policies and anti-harassment rules.
• Represent the company with integrity and ethical standards.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and Ethics.
• Perform other related duties.
