Job summary

Patterson-UTI Management Services, LLC is seeking an HR Advisor to support regional operations and corporate HR. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and HR reporting, contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the HR Manager and cross-functional teams to open job requisitions, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliant onboarding, while maintaining confidentiality and high professional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
At least 1 year of HR or administrative support experience.
Experience with recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and work with data.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains relationships with employees at all levels within the region and organization.
Assists HR team in tracking employee assignments and facilitating transfers.
Runs and reconciles reports from Excel and Oracle HCM on a daily basis.
Coordinates onboarding, I-9 completion and new hire orientation.
Provides HR-related reports on activity, EEO, metrics, and other requirements.
Supports investigations and HR process improvements in collaboration with the team.
Assists with transfers, promotions, separations, and performance-related changes.
