Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 1+ year HR or administrative support experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Assists HR in tracking assignments and facilitating transfers.
• Runs and reconciles reports from MS Excel and Oracle HCM.
• Submits status changes and maintains electronic files.
