Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Consumer Business LLC is seeking a Regional Account Manager for legacy Ahold banners (Stop & Shop, The Giant Co, and Giant Food). This high-visibility role delivers Sales Effectiveness by building strong customer relations and driving category share growth, trade management, profitability, and compliance.

The position covers the New England area and requires leadership in annual planning, business reviews, and joint business plans with Merchants and headquarters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of Stop & Shop selling experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word).
Willingness to travel overnight 10%.

Responsibilities

Lead annual business planning for assigned customers, including trade funds deployment and promotions.
Participate in key account reviews, category line reviews, and new item presentations.
Drive results through strategic account planning and Sales Effectiveness capabilities.
Develop Joint Business Plans and digital campaigns to grow shopper loyalty.
Ensure compliance with trade management, deductions, and record retention.
Collaborate with retailers to improve retail distribution and POG compliance.
Build long-term value by strengthening GP presence with the retailer.
