Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to medium customers while managing distribution and large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define territories, and develop sales analytics to inform actions across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. You will collaborate with production and supply chain, shaping pricing strategies and coordinating with marketing.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• United States work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; coordinate with other functions to develop the plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
