Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and work with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes while building relationships.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and develop price strategies. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering in volume and value; align sales with marketing across functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
