Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to grow the regional account base, manage distribution, and develop strategic relationships with key influencers across small to medium customers and large accounts.

You will lead sales and marketing plans, generate leads, define territories, and coordinate with production and supply chain to forecast demand and optimize pricing, while using CRM and analytics tools to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities.
• Build relationships within a customer organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the sales plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to inform product development.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
