Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative team. The role focuses on acting as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, using cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence to meet urgent recruiting needs.

You will oversee the entire recruiting process, build a strong candidate network, and drive high submit-to-interview ratios while managing bench talent and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong client focus and the ability to communicate pipeline to others.
• Experience with negotiating and closing candidates; bench management and market research.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management, delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to add value for the client.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related administrative tasks.
