Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage seeks a Full Time Business Development Manager in New Jersey to lead mortgage loan originator and branch recruiting efforts and oversee the full lead-to-commitment process.

You will identify candidates, nurture relationships, and drive daily outreach through calls, emails, and social channels, coordinating steps to onboard new Originators or branches while upholding the company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present to internal teams and external partners.
• Experience creating sales and marketing strategies for mortgage products.
• Proven ability to work with management to drive recruiting and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish contacts with potential candidates and recruitment targets in mortgage markets.
• Build relationships with Originator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager recruits and related industry professionals.
• Attract candidates via calls, emails, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn, blogs, and social media.
• Coordinate discovery calls, round tables, and onboarding handoffs to Branch Manager.
• Ensure alignment with company values and market persona in outreach.
