Job summary

American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Company is seeking a Full Time Business Development Manager to drive Mortgage Loan Originator and branch recruiting. You will oversee the full process from identifying leads to nurturing them toward commitments joining our platform.

Under the SVP of Sales, you will build candidate pipelines, network with industry professionals, and ensure due diligence on qualifications while coordinating onboarding with Branch Managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mortgage sales preferred.
• Experience in creating sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Ability to present to internal and external audiences.
• Aggressive bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Establishes contact with potential candidates in target markets.
• Builds relationships with Originator, Sales Manager and Branch Manager recruits.
• Attracts candidates via calls, emails, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn and other methods.
• Determines and understands candidate qualifications and performs due diligence.
• Directs next steps such as discovery calls and onboarding transitions.
• Adheres to company core values in marketing approaches.
